MANILA, Philippines — Joaquin Domagoso, the eldest son of former Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, works as a trainee and employee at the fast food restaurant he founded in Bonifacio Global City.

In Joaquin's interview on the "Ogie Diaz Inspires" YouTube channel, he says that although he monitors the cash register, he also assists with serving clients when there are many customers, he has to help serve.

Joaquin mentioned that his aunt was the one who trained him and spoke with the proprietor, who mentioned that Yorme ng Ugbo wanted to pass on the recipe for the restaurant's best-selling meal.
