MANILA, Philippines - TV personalities and couple Iya Villania and Drew Arellano are contemplating the idea of having a vasectomy. During an episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda", Drew expressed that he no longer intends to have a fifth child while extending birthday greetings to his wife.

“You’re the best mother to all the kids, and, uh, I will do my vasectomy soon,” Drew said, jokingly, to Iya.

“Say it’s a joke.” Tito Boy added.

However, Drew clarified that the plan to undergo a vasectomy procedure was a collective decision made by the couple, and Iya agreed with the decision.

“No, that’s the plan. That’s our plan,” Drew said.
